1) Beam member
The beam adopts box-shaped thin-wall structure, which is characterized by light weight, good rigidity, small deformation and beautiful appearance. The rear side of the beam is equipped with high-precision guide rails and racks. The lateral active moving device adopts a planetary gear reducer with a large speed ratio, and the output gear meshes with the rack for lateral movement. Both ends of the transverse guide rail and the torch hanger are provided with electrical limit switches and mechanical limit stops, providing double limit anti-collision protection for electrical and mechanical.
2) Rack Parts
The main frame is welded by a thin steel plate box structure, and its two ends are equipped with horizontal guide wheels, which can be adjusted to clamp the two sides of the longitudinal main guide rail, and reciprocate in the whole machine. When moving, it plays a guiding role, and the two tops are respectively equipped with dust collectors to remove the dirt on the surface of the guide rail, which has the characteristics of compact structure and reliable operation. The longitudinal drive device is a planetary gear reducer with a large speed ratio and is equipped with a precise guide and a backlash tensioning mechanism. The output shaft gear meshes with the rack on the longitudinal guide rail to drive the whole machine to move longitudinally. There is no gap meshing transmission between the rack and pinion, which can still maintain gapless meshing after long-term wear and tear, thus ensuring the accuracy of machine operation.
3) Longitudinal rails
Longitudinal guide rails (2 meters/piece) are mainly composed of main and auxiliary rails, racks, adjusting pads and adjusting bolts. Longitudinal guide rails are made of rails by high-precision guide rail grinding machine. The parallelism between the rack installation reference surface and the side of the guide rail is < 0.08mm, the parallelism between the two sides of the guide rail is < 0.08mm, and the perpendicularity between the two sides of the guide rail and the top surface is < 0.08mm. ;0.08mm, rack manufacturing accuracy: 7 grades, module: CP4/CP6. There are electrical limit switches at both ends of the longitudinal guide rail, and mechanical limit stops with rubber pads are also provided to ensure anti-collision protection even when the electrical control fails.
4) Drive system
The AC servo motor is small in size, large in output torque, fast in response, and uses incremental pulse encoders as position feedback and speed feedback components, which are easy to install and beautiful in appearance.
The driver is a fully digital, modular structure integrating power supply and control logic. Wide adjustment range, simple wiring, stable performance and easy operation.
Full software parameter setting, including gain, time constant, zero drift compensation, acceleration and deceleration, torque limit, position feedback transformation and other parameters, as well as automatic gain adjustment and other functions, Ensure machine responsiveness, precision and stability. 5) Airway components
The pressure resistance of the air pipe used in the air circuit system is not less than 2.5MPa, and the whole air circuit system is safe and reliable. The gas supply of the equipment adopts the central gas collecting unit, the pressure adjustment unit, the solenoid valve, the flow adjustment valve, the flashback preventer, etc. It has the functions of pressure (optional), stepless flow adjustment, and flashback prevention. 6) Horizontal drag chain dragging device
Horizontal cables and air pipes are dragged by drag chains to achieve horizontal drag chains such as total intake pipes and cables.
7) Longitudinal slider drag device
Longitudinal cables and air pipes are dragged with pulleys to reduce the bending of the air pipes and increase the service life.
8) Electrical control section
The electrical control part of the CNC cutting machine consists of three subsystems: CNC, electrical and servo.
